MLB.Com At Bat App Has Just Been Updated for Spring Training 2016
Spring is almost here, and this means that it’s time for major league baseball to begin! Many fans are eager to start watching their favorite teams as they commence with spring training. For those who are on the go, the best way to enjoy games and stay up-to-date on players and team statistics is with the At Bat App, the official app of major league baseball.

New Features in the At Bat App

Fans can’t seem to get enough of the At Bat app. For seven years in a row, At Bat has been the highest grossing sports app in the United States, according to a recent article at PhoneArena.

At Bat’s developers upgraded the app just in time for the current season. The Android version has been changed to improve the user interface, which should be welcomed by end users who thought the previous version was confusing or hard to navigate.

The version for Apple’s iPad has received a major upgrade, with a number of new features. Chief among them is an option for portrait and landscape orientation along with multi-tasking split view, so you can catch up on your email while watching a game, for example. What’s more, you can now watch two games at once on your iPad when you activate picture-in-picture in the app. The iPhone and iPad version of the app now include videos, sortable statistics, Gameday, and News Reader.
