Jeep Wrangler JL

Jeep Wrangler JL

Without a doubt, the Jeep Wrangler is one of the most recognizable off-road vehicles around the world. With that recognition comes a massive following of diehard Jeep fans. When you get a Jeep Wrangler, it becomes a part of your identity. The Jeep Wrangler JL is the newest generation that was introduced in 2018. The JL includes quite a few minor changes to the look of the Jeep, but at its core, you can still take off the roof and doors while providing a fun and reliable driving experience. It’s still the Wrangler that we all know and love.

What’s Under the Hood

Underneath the hood of the Jeep Wrangler JL you’ll find the tried and true 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine. This reliable engine churns out 285 HP and 260 lb/ft of torque paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, Jeep has a 2.0L turbo-charged four-cylinder engine and a 3.0L V6 diesel engine. However, the popularity of Jeep comes from more than just a reliable engine. Wrangler owners take pride in customizing their Jeeps. James got the tow package with his Wrangler, which provides pre-wired auxiliary switches. These switches allow for easy installation of light bars, winches and other accessories. The Mojito Jeep is also equipped with off-road wheels and Flowmaster exhaust and intake.

The Exhaust Notes

The addition of the Flowmaster exhaust and intake give the Mojito Jeep an amazing exhaust note. All in all, the Jeep Wrangler JL feels like a high-quality, modern SUV that you can take off-roading. It’s a joy to drive, very practical as a daily-driver and holds value better than most cars and SUVs on the market. If you’re looking for a new SUV, the Wrangler JL should absolutely be on your list to test drive.
