Welcome to Exhaust Notes

Exhaust Notes is a new car review series by ProClip USA. We specialize in creating custom dashboard mounts to dock the latest smartphones. Our products are designed specifically for the make, model and year of your car, so we spend a lot of time in cars. I’ll be taking some of the most popular vehicles out for a test drive to get a feel for what makes them great. To get the series started, I got to drive an SUV with over 500 horsepower.

Range Rover Sport

Range Rover Sport Supercharged

The Range Rover Sport goes beyond the traditional family crossover. It’s packed with luxurious features and technology. The Touch Pro Duo infotainment system seamlessly integrates two screens controlling everything you need at your fingertips. A simple wave of your hand can open the shade on the giant moonroof. It’s even equipped with a refrigerator in the center console. The leather and trim throughout the entire vehicle emphasize the luxurious feel of the entire car.

What’s Under the Hood?

The thing that makes the Range Rover Sport such a joy to drive is the power under the hood. This Range Rover Sport is rocking a 5-liter V8, supercharged to a whopping 518 HP. In an SUV. The Range Rover Sport does have other available engine options, including a V6 or a diesel engine. But let’s be real, the supercharged V8 is the way to go. It might not get the best fuel economy, but if you’re driving this, you’re likely not worried about the cost of gas.

Another phenomenal feature of the Range Rover Sport is the adjustable ride height. The Range Rover Sport has air suspension that allows you to lift the ride height up on bad terrain or lower the ride height to make handling tight curves easier.

The Exhaust Notes

This is the section where I’ll give my overall thoughts on each of the cars that I’ll review in the series. And we can’t call our review series Exhaust Notes without mentioning the exhaust notes on this supercharged Range Rover Sport. It’s a beautiful sound that is completely unexpected for a stock SUV.

Overall, the Ranger Rover Sport is the perfect combinations of comfort and power. It’s certainly not your typical crossover SUV. Coming in at just under $90,000 brand new, it isn’t practical for everyone. But if you can afford it, I can’t recommend it enough. It is so fun to drive.

If you are near the Madison, WI area and have a car that you would like us to review, send us a message because I’d love to check it out.
