The ELD Mandate was passed in December 2015 by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). It requires all commercial motor carriers and truck drivers to have certified electronic logging devices (ELDs) in their fleets by December 2017. The mandate also requires that the ELD be mounted in a fixed position.
Fleet drivers can maintain safe driving and follow the ELD Mandate by using ProClip’s mounting solutions for trucking and fleet vehicles. Our fleet vehicle mounts keep devices within easy reach and fully charged throughout the day. Take a look at the infographic below for more information about the ELD Mandate and how ProClip is your ELD mounting solution!
