[FIXED] Temporary NetSuite Outage Causing Shipment Delays

Update: March 11, 2020 – 10:45 AM CDT

At this time, NetSuite is still reporting an issue resulting in degradation of service. NetSuite operations engineers are working on the issue, but have not provided customers with an ETA for service to be back up and running.

Unfortunately, at this time our NetSuite system is down and we are unable to ship any orders out of our warehouse. Once our system is back up and running we will resume fulfilling orders and shipping as fast as possible. If the issue continues, customers will be notified via email. We thank you for your patience.
