Jeep Wrangler

One of America’s favorite rugged SUVs, the Jeep Wrangler, has struck an all-time sales record. In March, Fiat Chrysler revealed that 27,829 Wranglers were sold—which is a staggering 70-percent increase from the previous years.

To break this down further, the record-high sales soared higher than any other Jeep model—Cherokee included. The Cherokee, itself, sold 23,764 units at a 63-percent increase from the previous year. As American car buyers express more interest in trucks than ever before, Jeep is taking the market by storm with its SUVs.

In fact, Jeep sales set an impressive overall sales record during March. The manufacturer sold 98, 382 vehicles with a 45-percent increase from the previous year. The month was phenomenal, giving experts more than a few reasons to study the market’s dynamics which contributed to such an achievement.

The Jeep Wrangler Updates

The 2018 Jeep Wrangler has its fair share of updates, offering more comfort than any of its predecessors. Some Jeep-lovers might still be attached to the tough-and-gruff look of old Wranglers, but will fall in love with the new version’s gritty features.

The 2018 includes locking differentials, a roll cage and a push-to-start ignition. It also offers several innovations such as Chrysler’s Uconnect infotainment system. Uconnect is in its fourth iteration, quickly overtaking its competitors as a preferred onboard inclusion.

Where Comfort Meets ProClip

It isn’t any surprise that the manufacturer’s biggest fans are preferring luxury during off-road adventures. Jeep has answered the call by enhancing a few key entertainment features, sure, but drivers are destined to create memorable journeys with intuitive smartphone stabilization mounts.

ProClip mounts, now, are compatible with GoPro. When included as part of the 2018 Wrangler’s onboard arsenal, the ProClip mount offers incredible versatility. Part of a Jeep’s appeal, after all, resides in its ability to resist tumultuous trails, tough hills and winding roads.

If you want to get the most out of your 2018 Wrangler’s newest entertainment amenities, your best bet is to not only grab a GoPro—but to situate it on a ProClip mount.
