Chicago Auto Show 2020 Recap
Our Favorite Vehicles at the Chicago Auto Show
Did you know the ProClip USA headquarters reside in Madison, Wisconsin? Living in close proximity to the McCormick Place in Chicago, ProClip gets the opportunity to attend the Chicago Auto Show each and every year. We spend a lot of time in cars making custom dashboard mounts for each make, model and year vehicle. So expect some constructive feedback about each interior in addition to the eye candy exterior.
2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8
Popular demand and the affordable $59,995 price tag make the newest generation Corvette C8 a fan favorite. However, due to the limited production numbers and the overall hype-machine surrounding this Corvette release, show visitors were not able to sit in the cockpit. Nevertheless, a first-person view from 5-feet away was still worth the price of admission. The vertical Grip Assist Handle could be a prime location for the C8 Corvette Mount similar to the previous C7 Corvette Mount location.
2020 Honda Civic Type-R
Even after a double-take, the 2020 Civic Type-R Boost Blue is a Subaru WRX 50th Anniversary Edition lookalike. Starting at $38,000, the newest Type-R is comparable with the Subaru STi in terms of price, performance and racing pedigree. The 20-inch wheels and race-car aesthetic give the 2020 Type-R massive curb appeal. If you plan to upgrade soon, the current 2020 Honda Civic Center Mount should fit nicely.
2020 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid
The self-parking phenom that stole the show for Super Bowl ads. The Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is proving the family sedan is alive and well with a budget friendly $30,000 starting price tag. Be prepared to save a lot on gas with 54 mpg highway featuring a solar panel roof stretching the entire top cabin. However, in addition to the new exterior, the Sonata Hybrid interior will also be changing. Email email@example.com to be added to our notification list when your 2020 mount becomes available!
