Samsung Unpacked 5

So what should we expect to see in the Samsung Galaxy S5? The rumors have been frequent, and a bit all over the board, but here are some we think are likely.

  • An all metal exterior/case
  • Higher megapixel camera (likely 16MP)
  • An update to Know, Samsung’s business software
  • Ultra-high resolution screen with Quad-HD display
  • Android 4.4 KitKat operating system
  • Better battery (speculated 2900mAh juice pack)

We’ll just have to wait and see what pans out during Samsung’s event, which will be live streamed so we can all enjoy every detail. New Samsung wearable tech may also be on the schedule for “Unpacked 5.” The event itself is said to be less showy than last year’s strange performance at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
